'Latte-art' is the name for intricate patterns created in the contrast between milk froth and espresso crema in a cup of coffee. James Brewster, creator of the electro-acoustic café, has competed in 'Latte-art', and came second in the 2010 Swedish Championships in Stockholm. So as well as the sonic and performance aspects of Fragment, there is also this additional visual element to the experience.
